Rep. Tom Udall to Cosponsor Gonzales Impeachment Resolution

The plot thickens. An AP story reports Rep. Tom Udall (D-NM3) will join other House Dems today in presenting a determination coordinating the USA House Judiciary Committee to research whether to denounce Alberto Gonzales:

Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Wash., who was a prosecutor in Washington state in the late 1970s -1980s, is the role supporter of the measure.

Co-patrons of the determination incorporate Dem Reps. In California - Xavier Becerra, New York - Michael Arcuri, Kentucky - Ben Chandler, Kansas - Dennis Moore, Iowa - Bruce Braley and New Mexico - Tom Udall.

Go Udall! Tom seems to have gotten his stride of late. I love him when he's the tough progressive we know he could be.

I'm in Mrs. Wilson's district and envy your representation in Northern New Mexico. Whenever I write our Domenici Puppet, Mrs. Wilson, I also write Tom Udall since he really is the only NM Representative that actually represents my concerns.

Calm down, it is just an investigation. That is a long long way from stopping the corruption that our federal justice system has become. It will do nothing to reverse the damage to our constitution. Congressional investigators will be fortunate to find a few technical details around the edges but most real corruption will never come to light.
Remember, that our Justice Dept. is stacked with fundamentalist loyalists each doing their part to bring about the second coming of Christ.
