The Albuquerque Journal reported the following in today's paper: "The forum will be broken up by district, with District 1 candidates beginning at 5:45 p.m. District 2 Candidates will begin at 6:35 p.m., and District 4 candidates will begin at 7:25 p.m." So if there are opening statements by the candidates, and each district receives 50 minutes, it sounds like the forum could start at 5:00 or 5:30 and end at 8:15 or 8:30.
