These resolutions are awful! What a joke this Party is under Colon!

So you do think that Brian Colon created the resolutions? They came up from the wards and counties. What don't you like about them? Did you participate in the process to submit resolutions you'd like to see?

"Westside," if you want better resolutions, you have to bring them to your ward and precinct meeting. Otherwise, the county resolutions committee is stuck with trying to improve on what comes out of the other wards. Ad hominem attacks on the state chair are not warranted; he had nothing to with the content of the resolutions. At least he takes the process seriously enough to have called this meeting. Otherwise, we'd be stuck with the meaningless pablum that masqueraded as a party platform two years ago.

I'm disappointed and a bit angry that the county resolutions committee turned down resolutions from wards 18A and 18B to never again run an election. Instead they adopted a resolution to "improve" the caucus. Hopefully other counties have adopted a "never again" resolution so that we can have a real discussion of the issues. I'm not going to criticize the process or the contents without participating, though.

Westside is speaking for a bunch of people who are still mad they aren't running the party. They resent ethics being supported in the party and with candidates who back ethics reform. Everything he says comes from that. All he does on here and elsewhere is make negative and usually false comments. He should be ignored.

Please disregard the previous insinuation against "Westside." He assures me he has nothing to do with the distasteful anonymous campaign to unseat Chairman Colon, and I believe him. I screwed up. Sorry.
