Gaye Pollitt is a force of nature, and deserves something on the order of the Presidential Medal of Freedom for her tireless and unflaggingly good-natured work to get this good man elected. She believed in him, and saw his potential way back when he gave his speech at the 2004 Democratic Convention.

Here's to those who kept the faith, never flagged, always showed up, and kept the rest of us from falling behind! I mean you, too, Barb and Mary Ellen.
