I've been following Glenn's diatribes on this issue. He's very articulate and thorough, adn is doing a good job skewering the quisling Congress for its willingness to grant retroactive immunity to law breakers.

It's nice to see what he really looks like, but I wish his audio quality didn't make him sound like he was in a bunker.

We got to hear discussions with Greenwald at several events related to civil liberties and the media at this summer's YearlyKos blogger convention in Chicago and he was quite impressive, a tough debater and very down to earth. His blog on Salon is a daily must read for me.

I agree they need to upgrade their recording capabilities at FDL!
