Friday: Reception for Alex Russell for State Rep in ABQ West Side's HD 29
Democrat Alex Russell has filed to run for the New Mexico House of Represents in District 29 on Albuquerque's West Side. He'll be challenging Republican incumbent Thomas Anderson in the general election and he needs our support. We'd love to take this seat from the Republicans, and Alex has a good chance to do just that if he gets the help he needs.
Russell's friends and supporters are hosting a campaign fundraiser tomorrow, Friday, March 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at 920 5th Street NW in Albuquerque (map). Food and drinks will be served. Suggested donation is $50 but donations of any size would be greatly appreciated, or just drop in to meet Alex. Please RSVP to Anna Lenhert at anna@electalexrussell.com.
